10 Plus years of experience in all aspects of operation and maintenance of all facilities of a water distribution system or related experience.
Strategic experience working with the ED and Board of Directors on vision of the group.
Preferred to have a PA DEP Distribution Operator License or obtain one within 1 year of hire.
Must have ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
Must have ability to delegate work to subordinates and follow up to insure successful completion.
